1. The Promotion

DM Golf is giving one customer the chance to win one dozen TaylorMade TP5 PIX Oktoberfest golf balls.

The promotion opens at 00:00 on 25 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 25 October 2026, UK time.

Orders placed earlier on 25 September 2026, before the prize draw was publicly announced, are included.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 or over.

Employees of DM Golf, their immediate family members and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Place a completed order through dmgolf.co.uk during the promotional period.

Each qualifying order receives one entry into the prize draw.

There is no minimum order value.

Multiple qualifying orders are permitted and each separate completed order will receive one entry.

The number or quantity of products within an individual order does not increase the number of entries for that order.

No additional entry fee is charged. DM Golf products continue to be sold at their normal selling prices and prices have not been increased as a condition of entry to this promotion.

Orders placed between 00:00 on 25 September 2026 and 23:59 on 25 October 2026 are eligible, including orders placed on 25 September before the promotion was announced.

Orders that are fully cancelled, refunded or subject to a successful chargeback before the winner is selected will not qualify.

4. The Prize

There is one prize consisting of:

1 × dozen TaylorMade TP5 PIX Oktoberfest golf balls.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

If the exact advertised product becomes unavailable for reasons outside DM Golf's reasonable control, DM Golf reserves the right to provide a reasonable equivalent prize of equal or greater retail value.

5. Winner Selection

After the promotion closes, all valid entries will be collated.

The winner will be selected at random using a verifiably random selection process.

The draw will take place within 5 working days of the closing date.

DM Golf will retain appropriate evidence of the winner-selection process.

6. Contacting the Winner

The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their qualifying order.

DM Golf will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.

The winner must respond within 14 days of the first notification to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any information reasonably required for delivery.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days despite reasonable attempts to contact them, DM Golf reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

The prize will normally be dispatched within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.

7. Winner Announcement

DM Golf may announce that a winner has been selected on its website, email channels and/or social media accounts.

In accordance with applicable promotional rules, DM Golf may make the winner's surname and county available to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place.

Entrants may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting info@dmgolf.co.uk.

Where required, DM Golf may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority.

8. Personal Information

Personal information provided in connection with an order and this promotion will be used to administer the prize draw, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the DM Golf Privacy Policy.

9. General

DM Golf reserves the right to reject entries which it reasonably believes are fraudulent, automated, manipulated or otherwise in breach of these terms.

DM Golf will administer the promotion fairly and in accordance with these terms.

The promotion may only be modified, suspended or cancelled where circumstances outside DM Golf's reasonable control make this unavoidable.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Great Britain.

This promotion is organised independently by DM Golf and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TaylorMade Golf, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
